Wild Feathers Marketing was set up by Ceri Crowther and Liz Mulloy in 2018 after enjoying several years working together in marketing, communications and fundraising roles. Wild Feathers Marketing was formed in response to requests for support from individuals running small and micro businesses seeking advice, guidance, training and support in the marketing and communication side of their business.
Ceri Crowther ACIM
Ceri Crowther is a professionally qualified and associate member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) with specialism in digital marketing. Ceri attended university in North Wales, moved to Cornwall over 10 years ago with her family and now can’t imagine living anywhere else. She has extensive experience working for charities and non-for-profit organisations, helping them to develop/oversee campaigns and fundraising, strategise and implement their social media communications as well as email campaigns. She is experienced in writing optimised content for websites, and in brand development and re-branding projects.
She has a particular interest in the thriving local arts and theatre scene in Cornwall and enjoys working with individuals and small businesses, getting to understanding their brand, and the creative process of working with clients. She believes developing successful cost effective and manageable digital strategies is a key to success for micro-businesses in Cornwall.
Working solely in marketing and communication roles for the past 19 years, Liz Mulloy has experience across the full marketing mix. Having worked extensively in the financial sector, and more recently in the telecoms, charity and not-for-profit sectors, Liz has helped both B2B and B2C organisations to achieve their marketing goals, whether a micro businesses or multinational organisation.
Experienced in brand development and management, marketing planning and strategy, campaign development and implementation, internal and external communications, PR, fundraising and event management, Liz enjoys the variety and creativity that marketing enables. Perhaps especially so when it comes to content writing – believing that people do business with people, and therefore content, whether digital or physical, must help organisations to develop real relationships and connections with their customers.
Liz and her husband moved to Cornwall from Essex six years ago. Liz enjoys nothing more than getting out for long walks with their two dogs and exploring all that this beautiful county has to offer.
